Processing Time
Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing. Preorder and custom items may take additional time, which will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. International shipping times may vary depending on location.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
**Preorders & Custom Items
Preorder and customized items (such as custom initial jackets) are made specifically for you. These items may require additional processing time before shipping.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
**Non-Returnable Items
Custom items (including personalized letters or custom designs) and preorder items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.
